The FAA is screwing us but i still cant complain about working 5hrs a day if that. I dont have a problem with the dress code only pay but i still make just under 100K for something i enjoy doing. I made the decision to leave the union and i have no regrets. Someone asked and I voiced my opinion. I dont hate the union just disappointed.

The Union is the avenue for change. If you don't like something, quitting will not fix it. Run for office or vote for someone with similar views. Its very easy to complain and much harder to put the time in to actually try to change things for the better. I prefer to try to fix things than sit around and complain about what's going on. BTW, sorry for calling you an idiot. Your logic doesn't make much sense to me. If you want your pay and other things to improve, try to do something about it. Don't sit around and wait for others to fix things. Even worse, you don't even pay into the organization that is trying to fix your pay...but you will gladly take the raise when they do get it. That is a freeloader riding on the backs of other BUMs that actually pay dues.
