Dale Earnheart Jr makes more than his pit crew. In the FAA, we make less than ours in maintenance and over at FSS.
No comparison.

I was pointing more towards the FAA being like NASCAR. They are making decisions that the drivers(controllers), the professionals who "do the job", feel are unsafe, and NASCAR (FAA) refuses to consult or listen to drivers concerns. The drivers have tried in the past to organize only to have NASCAR make drastic decisions that effectively shut them out of their career.
