tell me one thing, how many people apply for a job and never wanna move up. i was in the military and I had no choice but to become a sup with no extra pay but I took care of all my controllers. I'm n my 30's and not trying to sit behind a scope complaining about management when us young down to earth guys can try and make a difference. True we do have sups that were bad controllers and trying to get back at everyone. that's not me and the rest of the crew that wanna become sups. Do u and control for 20 plus years like the rest of the grumpy old controller. Tired of people that make $150K complaining. I tell all of them to retire if r tired of it

You are not going to make a difference. You will become a manager and do what you are told or you will be fired, period. I didn't know that if you made $150k you weren't allowed to complain. Where's the dollar line that once you cross you can't complain anymore I'm not going to call you an idiot again buy you have a lot to learn. Take the coward's way out and run away and go hide behind a desk in management. I took this job to be a controller and that is what I do. Few, if any, good controllers want to leave the job they are good at to wear a tie everyday and sit behind a desk. Its cool with me if you can't cut it, you just shouldn't be paid as much as a controller for running away from what you signed up to do and sitting behind a desk.
