It is simple, if you are in training, be in NATCA. If you want the non-tract to go away, be in NATCA. It is true, life between management and NATCA sucks right now but if it wasn't for NATCA, who would fight for us
The only way NATCA can fight for us is if they have money... How does NATCA get money
From dues paying members. NATCA is very important, they are the only ones on your side if anything in your career goes wrong. They are the only ones on your side when decisions are made and shouldn't have been, they are the only ones that keeps the other side honest.
Being in NATCA when things are good is easy, staying in NATCA when things are bad is a challenge. Joining NATCA is important, we need members or NATCA goes away, it is that simple.
