That wasn't an observation of our effed up agency. It's a window into what stress can do to some people. This isn't post IWR damage, it's post EOD damage. You have to be 90% of the way there in your personality make-up genetically; the stress of the job just provides the nutrition for it to grow. And everybody thinks their job is the most stressful, drive-thru, deli clerk, waitress teacher, doctor. If you've been that miserable and angry you should have left a long time ago. Save yourself; it's not worth the money. We do our profession and NATCA a disservice and give comfort to the FAA when we insult each others opinions. CRAYOLA CREATIVITY, come on people. WE just don't get to say or think " I'm an air traffic controller, I'm in a stressful profession, and I can act anyway I want or say anyting I want because I'm damaged " You think the FAA management doesn't browse this site. Guess again. They love to see te in fighting; and we're more intelligent than them so let's act it. Hey, how many of you guys are NATCA members
