Well all the contract negotiations were actually done over the phone with no travel by either party. How strange. Also, Patco put forth their CBA to the company, first calling for $5.00 more per hour, then when that didnt work, they asked fro $3.00 more per hour, then $1.00 more and then they finally scrapped their whole proposal and went with Midwest proposed CBA. So believe who and what you want to believe but just watch out for yourselves because everyone else is out for themselves too

Thanks for the info - And I will be cautious. I don't trust the Dental Union as J & J have told stories to various facilities to get them in their union.
There is only ONE REAL PATCO & RT is the legal owner of that logo. J & J refuse to change their name ( so it is generic) because they know the name has been long established & has gained them many towers.
I said it before & I'll say it again. I was there in Las Vegas, NV Aug 2001 when RT was ELECTED PRESIDENT of PATCO. Mister JS & JT will spin their lie that he was president of the retiree section of PATCO. There is NO such retiree section. IMO that means that JS & JT LIED.
They (J & J) have done everything with help of others to try to destroy RT(REAL PATCO) but it hasn't worked. This man is a fighter for air traffic controllers & he refuses to step aside.
Others on this site will tell many things about RT - like when he didn't show up at PBI in Jul 07 when offered $32,300. RT gave the FAA 48 hrs notice - the same 48 hrs notice that Ronald Reagan gave us in 81, that he wasn't accepting the offer. That is not the same as NOT showing up. There are unknown reasons to people on this site why RT did this. He does have a plan.
