I have an offer for ZLA. My wife and I live in Virginia and will not have more than a weekend to check out Palmdale. Does anyone have any advise about apartments or areas to live. One point nobody has mentioned to you that might be of importance. The facility is near impossible to transfer out of if you decide it is not your cup of tea. ZLA was always a hard to staff facility for as long as I can recall, with good reason.
