i know for me when i went almost 3 months straight of 6+1, i was so much more fatigued than working longer hours on position but still having my normal days off.

I am in the Air Force, so I did not know that. Currently, I work five days on for 8 hours then I have the weekend off. We also switch who works on Sundays and I have to pull that shift on a month. I know I have it easy. Reference your work schedule, is that the way most controllers now a days are working, or are they getting two days off a week (I am looking for the majority)
Also, what kind of shifts do you work
Are they a 2-2-1 with a forward rotation (mornings, afternoon, one night) or the other way around (nights, afternoon, mornings) ![]()
