I retired (forced out) in 12=06.
D10 is not a good place to start out one's career in ATC. Most likely those with zero ATC experience will not make it.
It is an extremely complex operation and the airspace configuration is/can be very confusing. Vectoring,speed control and situational awareness are used so much that this is not the place to teach ATC101, there is just no time for this.
