Some help. This past pay period everyone recieved the cost of living bonus. I know for the controllers on the old pay scale this is a lump sum one time thing. Is this the same for controllers(developmentals) under the new pay scale and not added to the base pay Because it was only about a 150-200$ increase.

As I understand it developmentals should have recieved a 3.08% increase to their base for the OSI portion and in addition the locality increases also base pay. Locality should have been a minimum of .5% (rest of US). Now that said you needed to have 90 days in the agency and a adequete PER to qualify. Anyone else know something I dont
