I'm OTS technically. I graduated from Embry-Riddle with an Aeronautical Science Degree, so i'm a commercial pilot w/ an instrument rating. I could have gone CTI if I would have taken 3 extra courses. I applied directly for both through ASAP. But the DFW announcement was for the whole DFW area, when I got on the referral list, they had me rank the facilities as I would like. I think the choices were DFW tower, DFW tracon, FT worth center, Dallas/Love tower, addison tower, and some airport in fort worth. If your OTS you should apply throught the nationwide announcement they have out now, they let you select preferences down to the city..it closes on the 15th.
