I have some questions. Why do all the bids for the ARAC open to only current Army employees And why do you have to work at Ft Cambell , Ft Polk, Ft. Huachuca, before getting picked up there. Does the ARAC have something against other current DOD controllers working RAPCON, or current FAA controllers Also I forgot, is the ARAC 24/7
