The problem is Patco is not using those two sites. Patco is posting on the general forum to try and gain members and attack Serco. I have no problem if Patco would keep the agreement with stuck mic. But this hasn't happened. I don't believe I posted a Lets ALL Flame Patco post. However I don't like seeing Patco Flaming Serco on general posts when they have thier own links on this site.

wasn't the "let's all flame patco" a thread that was renamed by one of the admin? he took the posts out of another thread, and gave that thread the name. iirc.

Exactly...Moved to the off topic section, far away from the main areas, then deleted the thread after a few days.

According to the moderator, he moved there with the intention to let it die quietly then delete the thread.

Im still waiting for PATCO's response to how SERCO can make 300 million off of a 60 million contract.

and BTW getting new members to join a union isnt done by flaming the contractor with lies and 1 sided arguments. You would do better by having conversations and bringing up concerns in a nice manner where discussions can be had on both sides and be constructive.

More like misrepresenting the facts when it comes down to how much the contractor makes, specifically off the ATC contracts. They aren't lying about the way Serco is treating their employees. I think the results speak for themselves when, on average, one Serco tower per month is unionizing with Patco.

i think its interesting how their earnings per share went up 30.6% and their net profit went up by 30.1% that would lead me to believe that their profits are coming from share increase not from removing benefits from employees then again i'm not a financial adviser.

also every company in the world has to post a yearly profit or they will not be around for long including yours how much is patcos profit from 09-10?

PATCO is a non profit organization, and all information (LM3) about the Union can be found at the Department of Labor web site. There are no paid employees.

all company's make a profit including NONPROFIT companys they use them for advertising and other organizational costs there are no laws against NONPROFIT organizations making money just how they spend it. so again i ask how much money did patco make between 2009-2010 they had to make something or did you spend every penny you got from member dues on throwing the largest ATC pizza party? and if you didnt make a profit then how are you going to help your members when they need it if you have no money set aside for eventuality's?
