There is no direct link to PATCO LM3 form , so you need to follow progressive taxi instructions after you land on the DOL site.

Go to the DOL web site. Go to the A-Z at the top of the page which opens up that section screen. Go to (L) Labor Union reports (LM3) and pull down the tab that shows all labor unions. PATCO is listed on that screen. Click on the PATCO section....and you are on your way.

https://cslxwep1.dol-esa.gov/Disclosure/OrderLM1234.jsp go to that page then under search by file number put in 543-587. you have to order the report at 15 cents a page if over 30 pages and free if less but they don't tell you how many pages it is until you order so it could cost a ton. as far as being happy to assist why don't you just post the information that i am asking for? you are right there is no direct link to the information online but you have the information if you are actually the president of the organization. you seem to be really good at giving people the run around which im guessing is a qualification for the job.

Organization Query Page (ERDS)

On the dropdown menu for Union Name select:

Union Name - UNNAF - Professional Air Traffic Controller

Click on submit

This will bring the last LM-3.

Under Affiliation/Organization name click on "Professional Air Traffic Controller"

This will bring the last 4 years of filed LM-3.

Pay close attention to their total membership from 2006 to 2009.
