I am looking to get back into ATC. I have a CTO, and current Class II. To get back in I am willing to work at a tower anywhere. I have applied online with Serco, Midwest, DSI and some of the others. PM with any recommendations.

You have done what is necessary to start, but you still need to contact the ATMs at the facilities where you are interested in going. Let them know that you are interested in working at that tower.

here's the list of current Serco openings, minus the ones that are already spoken for but the announcement is still open. my best advice is to call the ATM's on the list that you are willing to work at and ask the situation and sell yourself. then ask for a recommendation from the ATM on who u should call at the home office to further sell yourself. i know who it should be at Murfreesboro, but don't wanna post his name and number here.
