Information about San Carlos contract tower

Anybody know info about San Carlos contract tower? Is it worth moving to Cali to get this job or not?

Bay area...pretty high cost of living. Bankrupt state with I believe a 9.3% state income tax if you make over 47K

I lived near the San Carlos airport for 6 years. It's pretty expensive to live anywhere on the peninsula. I was paying 1400/mo to rent a 1 bedroom about 3 miles away from KSQL.

Appreciate the information. So I guess it will be a little bit of struggle finacially if I move there. I get out of the military next week and have applied all over with RVA, Midwest and Serco. This is the only promising job prospect that I have recieved, but should I expect more? Should I jump on this one?

I say go where the job is. Check on craigslist see if someone is renting a room maybe for less. Or what it would cost to stay in say one of the hotels that has a kitchen area in it as opposed to getting an apartment. Really your trying to get your foot in the door so locking yourself into a lease of some kind before everything is set might not be a good idea. I could be wrong. Check all the possibilities is what i say.
