KIAG question

Does anyone know if IAG is now operated by RVA?? If you click on "facility guides" above then Find IAG under contract towers in NY it says "KIAG c/o RVA". Last I knew it was a Midwest facility. Is this a mistake or did I miss the boat??

IAG is an area 1 tower staffed by Midwest ATC.
