Does anybody know anything about Trenton/Mercer County Airport? Who is the contractor there? Are there openings? What's the pay? Thanks.

Also, contract tower employees are not at liberty to disclose the pay the make at a certain facility. Each employee must sign a non-disclosure specifically addressing the issue of not disclosing pay. Contract tower companies won't even tell you what they pay until they have a non-disclosure from you. You can get round about figures, but anyone that discloses that information could be subject to termination by their contract employer.

I have been out of the contract tower business for three years, but most still pay anywhere from $25 - $30 per hour with an additional $3 per hour or so going towards 401k, insurance benefits. You will work anywhere from 32 to 40 hours per week.

You can probably call the facility and get some additional information, but they probably won't disclose the exact amount they make.

isnt it interesting tho how some ...such as Serco...specifically state the hourly wages in their bids...which are public!!!
