Virginia ASAP update

If anyone has put down VA on their CTI application:
Post here if yours has updated to the rejection status.
Received interview information via phone call or E-mail.
Anything else I may have forgotten; like, you just want to talk about where you hope to get placed in VA, etc…

I'd like to know if anyone called and was told they were selected for Virginia or just told they were selected in general and their other state shows rejection. In other words, does anyone have good reason to believe they were selected for Virginia?

Yea I was selected oo wait you mean Oct. panels, but in Mar. I called my CTI rep. who told me. She could not say where but I asked terminal or enroute and she stated it would give it away. Which gave it away and she confirmed ZDC after I said looks like I am going to ZDC.

I'm assuming that all the CTIs who put down VA still have the you may or not be contacted message on their ASAP. Has anyone on here seen a post by anyone, (VRA, OTS, CTO, etc) claiming that they have been selected for VA or their ASAP has updated? Considering every CTI on this board has said that they still have the "you may or may not be contacted" message on ASAP, the odds are very much stacked against us.

I know it's a long shot and I'm already chalking it up as a rejection anyway. Only hope I have is that VA is taking extra long to finalize their selections and when we all called the info they had wasn't final yet. I haven't seen anyone that was told they WERE selected for VA so maybe that means they didn't know for sure at the time (when we called).

That's at least eight CTI students who have the same message and were told that they weren't selected. Considering that a RMC got rejected, it doesn't sound good for us.

I am all cleared and waiting for a class date and my ASAP still says you may or may not be contacted for an interview. Do not trust ASAP for updates on your status, likewise people who say their status has changed on ASAP to selected.

Ok this is probably the last time I will call them. Hehe. But what the guy said is: You will find out through E-mail/Etc. in the next 2-3 weeks or your ASAP may still update in the 2-3 weeks.

I have VA down on my ASAP and it is still active, what is this phone number that you can call to find out? I am a 2010 CTI grad.

They're not giving out results anymore over the phone. According to the initial time frame, we should have 1-3 weeks to go until e-mails.
