Haven't received tentative offer letter

Has anyone received their TOL yet? I had my interview three weeks ago and have not heard anything yet! Just fishing to see if anyone else has heard anything? I did read that a VRA has received their TOL!

2 of my buddies I know got theirs, one of which was interviewed the same day as me! both of them were VRA's I got picked up off the CTO one so who knows the method to this madness maybe VRA is a quicker hiring route. CTO is a different department and probably handles things a little different ... just speculation though

I just called Aviation Careers Division and asked and they told me who picked me up!

Was it the facility that did the interview? Since there are no more PEPC's I wonder if the interview process is going to be another step in weeding selectees out. Interview three for every one pisition. I hope not but who knows.

No, I interviewed at the ATCT that was closest to me that had an appointed interviewer who said nothing about coming back for another interview. I was told to be on the look out for a TOL in the next few weeks but have recieved nothing yet. I am hoping that it is because of the holidays, but dunno! I also have been told that we are responsible for paying for our own medicals and that depending on the results they will send you for your psych eval and background check!

Good to know. It was either pay for a medical or pay to travel to a PEPC before so it all evens out. I imagine one reason for getting rid of the PEPC is because of the wait time to get into the academy now. Maybe the PEPC was to speed the process up and now they no longer need to do so since the academy seems to be backlogged, just a thought.

I have my TOL, but still haven't been told my facility. But I do know some one who was told at their interview.

About to head off to my interview.... dressed in a full suit and lookin good!! Hope all goes well and I find out my facility location!!

You shouldn't have to pay for your medical. You only incur medical expenses if you need to have any follow ups. The traditional route (non-PEPC) has no expenses with the exception of gas to/from interview and medical.
