Job code for asap app process???

Does anyone know the job code for the CTI announcement that they ask you for before you start your application?

When your recommendation from your school goes through, the FAA emails you a specific job code. You won't be able to apply before you get it.

You cannot get the code from anyone... They were having a problem with people sharing codes and they may be charged criminally for it. If you’re a CTI graduate from an accredited college, they will e mail you the code after your school's recommendation is sent in.

When did you graduate? They usually come within a week or two after you graduate.

Does anybody else think this is hilarious? That someone would share their own code? It's not like letting someone use your registration for software or something... it's the federal government, they're gonna figure it out if you don't actually qualify. Awesome.

P.S. If anybody wants to share their VRA code with me, I've got a Abraham Lincoln with your name on it. The paper kind, even.

UND graduates have been receiving their job codes within 3 weeks of graduation for the past 2 years or so. Can't speak for the other schools. I believe it has a lot to do with how fast your school administration gets the recommendation to the FAA.
