Does any one have an idea what the tentative date for the March 2010 selection panels for CTIs are?

Last I heard, the APRIL panels were postponed until June, and March panels will be only for a few select facilities. The District Manager I talked to did not say who, or why those facilities would be going, but she didn't know anyone who WAS going to March panels.
