Ya I got mine (H31) on the internet a year ago.. It may be cheaper through the school now. You need one eventually so why not get one now so you have it for when you pseudo in the lab.

Who was your teacher?? PM if you would like.

not in either of those but they were telling me about some student air traffic union thing that sounded interesting.
p.s to Matt or anyone else thats been in Bcc for a bit did they let you take more than 1 lab a semester? because i'm taking the "full work load" now and it seems like we are moving at turtle pace. does it get harder later on?

Which class are you in now?? They make exceptions for certain individuals (say pilots, or anyone with ATC experience) to take 2 labs in a semester. I will say that it would be tough taking radar and enroute togeather as you need 24 hours for each class in the lab, but it could be done....

Those classes are fairly easy. Keep studying, it will only help you out. When you get into the radar classes, you are going to need to study maps, freqs, LOAs, and phraseology. If you keep on top of things and study, the classes will not be too hard for you. You ve only just begun and are in the intro classes..
