I can just imagine.......it will be pretty competitive given that there quite a few prospects in the area working contract towers that have PAFB experience. However, although there is only one slot this round there are some more hires planned down the road, so it won't hurt to get a resume in front of the hiring officials

Just got an e-mail saying I was referred to the selecting official.. Lets see what happens.

I worked at COF from 1992-1994 when I was active duty. Worked at the Tower and at the RAPCOn. It was a great place to work at. Loved it.

Anybody else getting referred? Good luck to all!

all these DOD jobs are rigged i guaruntee they have a a new retiree already lined up for the job. these are the most illegal, political, corrupt ATC jobs out there, so dont get your hopes up. it cant hurt to apply though of course.
