And of course after you do all that working out stuff you want to be able to show off that buffed body

Much to the disappointment of some :-(, all the boxing is very organized. Instructors on staff plus there is a club.

Let me throw in that Josh, our Fitness Center Director is a Certified Strength and Nutrition Specialist. He has recruited the best Personal Trainers to accommodate your specific needs. How awesome is that... Fall and Winter are coming on, State Fair food, holiday's..perhaps I need to schedule my trainer soon..

Anybody know of any gyms that we can work out at for free? I am living in a house over by tinker AFB but need a place to work out. I thought I read on here somewhere that if you are an FAA academy student that you can use the Isola Bella gym, is this correct?
