Isola Apts. booking question
Posted: 09-21-2009, 04:35 PM How does booking a room at Isola Apts. work? I'm considering staying there while at the Academy. My question is, do I need to prepay for the 3 months I'll be there on a credit card ahead of time, and then request the FAA to reimburse, or is there another way to go about this? I'm supposed to be there from Oct. 20th- Jan. 27th per my HR Rep, still awaiting an FOL. Also, if something happens where they change my date can I just move my reservation to the newly assigned dates. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Posted: 09-21-2009, 05:21 PM all that should be in your academy info pack. but you can prepay each month and get reimbursed or you can have it set up through an faa credit card and never pay out of pocket.

Posted: 09-21-2009, 08:34 PM Hi there...it's Michelle with Isola Bella. So glad you are going to stay with us! If you are paying with your own credit card we only ask that you pay every 14 days. We understand how difficult it is with so many expenses on your part at the get go. Also, if you need to change your class dates with us, it's not a problem at all. Just let us know as soon as you do. I think you are truly going to enjoy your stay with us and don't hesitate to contact me with any other questions. Oh by the way tonight at dinner we had Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and gravy plus a full salad bar. It was awesome..!!!
