Kim's Place for Dec 31 Basics

I'm just curious who all is staying at Kim's for the Dec. 31st basics class. I'm curious if we can get a house or two...or three with students from this class. My friend that just graduated the Academy said most of the students in his class were from Kim's Place so he left the place he was staying to join them all.

If you are going to stay there or want to, let me know.

I am currently staying here and I have to tell you, the place is awesome. I have been to almost all of the other housing providers on the ATC Housing list and hands down, there is not a better place. If you like a community of people with fellow interests and like saving a bit of your money...Kim's Place is the best. Brand new furniture...it just feels like home for me. Most of the other places I've seen are horrible compared to this. You can't go wrong at Kim's Place. The only thing that stinks...it's getting a little too cold to take advantage of the free golf and pool...but oh well!

above = truth... spread the word out to your class that you are staying here by the way... makes it way more fun when you have 2-3 buddies from class living right down the street.

my ENTIRE RTF class visit's kims about once a week to hang out.

I second the above posts. Kim's place is great! How can you go wrong with free groceries, new houses & furniture, and a community of other ATC students??!

My entire basics class (except me) is staying at another location, and all they do is complain about their housing provider. A few days ago, someone in my class said that they heard gunshots outside their apartment the other night...you won't hear anything like that here!

Like Radium said, its definitely better to have a few of your classmates staying here in the neighborhood, as its easier to organize study groups etc.

Unless you're desperately trying to save every penny, there's no reason to not come here.

I stayed at Isola Bella, but about half of my classmates were at Kim's so I was over there a ton and it was awesome. This seems like the place to be if you are going to the Academy.

I have 3 other students from my Basics class right around me, and it makes studying very convenient. There is at least one other student from our class here as well. The houses are great, everything is top notch, and everyone around here is super cool. No gunshots, just a nice quiet neighborhood, and we get to work in 15 minutes everyday with no traffic issues to speak of. I'd highly recommend Kim's.
