Winchester Run is offering the following special to new hire Air Traffic students. Whether you're letting the FAA pay for your housing or if pocketing the extra per diem by paying on your own, we've got an option that will work.

Single student


1) Pay $50.40/night (billed directly to FAA) and choose from one of the following:
? complimentary grocery package
? Free Enterprise rental car for the weekend every other weekend
2) Pay $35/day (student pays and turns in expenses) for a small 1BR and put approximately $15/day in your pocket by saving the difference in the maximum allowable housing allowance. This adds up to about $450/month in extra cash.
3) Pay $38/day (student pays and turns in expenses) for a large 1BR and put approximately $13/day in your pocket by saving the difference in the maximum allowable housing allowance. This adds up to about $400/month in extra cash.

Roommate program


1) Pay $60/night (student pays and turns in expenses) and put approximately $20/day per student in your pocket by saving the difference in the maximum allowable housing allowance. This would give each student about $600/month in extra cash.
2) Pay $50.40/night (billed directly to FAA) for each student and share a free rental car from Enterprise for the entire stay. (Optional insurance not included.)

Several students have been asking about our internet connections. All of our rooms come with an individual cable modem which provides a hard-wired cat5 connection so there is no sharing of bandwidth.

All of our units come fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, storage bowls, coffee pot, toaster, dish rags, dishes, glasses, and more. If there is something you need beyond the "normal" kitchen items, just let us know. Thank you for your inquiry!

Yes, we are on the FAA bus route. The bus picks up and drops off three times per day so you're covered whether you're on days or nights.

We have w/d's in several of each of our floor plans but not in all of our units. We are in the process of adding more w/d's every month. For those rooms that don't have w/d's, we are paying for your washing at our laundry center located next to our office. We look forward to seeing you!
