Housing Promotions

I noticed that the Walnut Gardens/Apple Tree/Spanish Gardens group are running promotions during the January and February months for a room/car package for $43/$39/$39 per day respectively. Does anyone know of any other OKC long term housing locations that are also having some sort of promotion during that same time frame?

i am at the academy now and every person that has lived at either of those places has moved to isola bella yeah it is nice having a car but u can rent a car free from isola bella for a few hours and most of the places do not have food . if u do the roommate program at IB for 30 a day u get food monday through friday and u have the majority of ur classmates stayin there for stuy groups dont waist ur time anywhere else

Ugh I hate that people don't take the time to use proper punctuation these days.

The incentive promotion is a good idea though, but the premier places already have great things to offer that are included in every stay. The two top locations ( in my opinion ) have a lot to offer and makes them to offer. It just all depends on what caters to your needs the best though.

If you're inclined to support StuckMic as you make your housing selection, staff from both Isola Bella and Kim's Place are pretty active here. Someone from Citadel Suites will drop by once in a while as well.

I have my reservation for Kim's Place already. Suites my personal needs best. But it was a decision between IB and Kim's.

Did you stay there or were you there in the past? I've talked to Kim a couple times and she hasn't been anything short of helpful and kind. I'm really looking forward to my arrival in OKC and to her place.
