very clean, not much in the way of free weights, only smith machines for squat/bench, etc... does have a indoor track which is cool, I get really bored on treadmills. tons of various weight lifting machines. has decent shower facilitys for going before the 3pm shift.

the various 24 hour ones in the area should cost less, I think its $75 a month at the academy.

i know workout facilities at housing isn't always the greatest, but they can work. do most of the housing facilities with a workout room have 24 hr access?

It costs 108.00 dollars to sign up for 10 weeks because you have to pay two different types of initiation fees for signing up. After that, it gets cheaper, like seven or eight bucks a week. The facility itself isn't bad. I've only gone after 3:30, but it wasn't crowded. I'll let you know how it is before then next week when we begin nights.

it's a rip off. Wish I never did it although it is a nice facility to much of the cost though.
