Anyone starting Terminal class on Oct. 30th?
Im VRA and Im going to LAS TWR. Im not sure exactly where im staying at yet, but Im planning on getting there around the 28th.

I'll also be in the 30 October terminal class. Staying at Isolla Bella, headed to Waco, Texas (ACT).

I'm starting class on Oct. 30th. TOL said Houston TRACON, but I haven't received the final offer letter yet...

Speaking of which... does anyone know when the Oct 30th class ends for TRACON? They called with the class date offer last week so I have about 0.01% of the info I need... still haven't received an e-mail or FOL...

That is how I was informed that I had a firm offer. They gave me a class date. Fortunately I asked enough questions to know the end date. The most important information is your contacts name and telephone number. Sit down and make a list of questions. Like what are class start and end dates? When will you get an email? (Probably one week before the class start) When will you get paper information? (Probably on week before class start). Then call them back. You may or may not get them right away. Leaving a message doesn't usually work. Keep calling back.

I was told the end date would be 22 December...give or take. That's for tower only. From my understanding, since my facility is an up-down, I'll have to go back to OKC for radar school once I'm tower certified... Does that fall in line with anyone else's understanding?
