    CTI Closing Date

    Hello everyone,

Just a heads up. The closing date for the CTI announcement has been changed from March 26th to February 28 (which means tonight). If you are applying or have already applied, I would look over your application and make sure that your geo-prefs are the states that you want.

    Good Luck

I know this is a deviation from the original thread but I faxed over a copy of a letter of recommendation I received from an ATM when I did work study. How much would this letter help if the panel sees it? And does anyone have an idea on what states might be hiring more than other?

The key to that one would be "if the panel sees it" then yeah it would, but I don't think that there's any way to actually include that in the application. I think that the general cosensus on this board has been that CA, TX, and NY are hiring a pretty decent number this time. Also a lot of people put CO, AZ, & WA as preferences, so take that as you will. I would probably just keep the states you have though as of now and not make any last minute changes. There's the small possibility that it could cause your app issues at this stage since referral lists are happening so soon. Good luck!

    Re: CTI Closing Date

I informed my HR person that I was sending it and they said that they would try to expedite it and get it into my file before the list is drawn so that way it could be seen. Here's to hoping since I called almost every facility up and down the west coast (if you want the list I'll provide it) looking for room !! And I guess I'll keep CA and NY instead of changing. Second panel coming up and here's hoping I make it. Is this panel and the potential July panel the hiring for FY2013?

I doubt that the panel will see it.
