If so, how long and which pill has the shortest time frame. thanks

i will aslo be receiving IV sedation during the surgery. i was just informed that its basically a cocktail of meds which include benzodiazephines. How long after my surgery will i be able to get back to work if they put me to sleep?

Probably something you should be asking the flight surgeon. I'm sure you can get the number from a manager at your facility. Generally even if you don't take something, just being prescribed something still counts.
