Re: Probational year
Posted: 08-11-2010, 02:06 PM I was just recently let go from my facility. I was hired under a CTI announcement originally. I want to be back in the FAA as soon as possible and i have tons of student loans to pay back. I made some mistakes at my last facility that wont happen again. I did not get my CTO in the time i was there, as i was about 75% done with local. Does anyone know where i go from here? Please guys i need your help!

Re: Probational year
Posted: 08-11-2010, 07:40 PM that's the catch. you have to have been in the FAA for 52 weeks, thus completed your probation, in order to come in under the reinstatement bid.

not entirely true. You have to be a 2152 for 52 consecutive weeks this means that if you are DOD and join the FAA you will not have a probation period. I know this does not apply here but this is for those that may be reading that this does apply to.
