JAX is looking for 2 CPC's. Is this to cover retirements? How's the training situation there?

I just found out that I was picked up for JAX when I received my TOL on friday. Does anyone have any info about the staffing levels there? Just trying to get a feel for how long it might be before I get to the academy and how many are waiting to go.

I am a controller at Mayport cant really help you alot with JAXA. Should have a good time, we have a great working relationship with JAXA. Look forward to hearing you on the shout!!

How's the new tower? Did the fixed wing traffic ever pick up out there?
