Posted: 03-09-2011, 11:11 AM Level 7. Most of the traffic goes to BTR. HZR and L38 get most of the satellite traffic. They have a gate system. Departures go out gates and arrivals between them. Parallel runways with an intersecting. If things havent changed the configuration is 4R/22L, 4L/22R, 13/31. Tower works with Local and Ground/CD combined quite often. Radar has 3 positons, but is usually combined up. FEDEX hub and state police helicopter and plane based there. AG plans fly all day ..i think its agriculture. pipeline patrols for oil pipes inspection.
