Sure thing! Well umm the process is going very very slow. I haven't received an academy date yet and I was given my TOL in August at the Chicago PEPC.... but yep, I'll let you know!! PM me your e-mail address.

Congrats on receiving your academy date. I am also trying get hired on with LAX tower, I am pubnat 4, well qualified and hoping for January Panels. Any advice that you could give me on what to do before then that could increase my chances of getting LAX would be much appreciated.

P.S. South Park rocks, did you see the episode after the election?

Haha yeah ahhh I didn't do anything to get LAX. Actually I wanted a Phoenix area airport and was more than surprised with LAX. I'm more than happy with LAX though!!

Yep! I did see that South Park episode.

I agree it does take a while... I was part of the PUBNAT1 group. Patience is the key....that or constantly bugging someone.

I was under the inpression that LAX approach was moved to Socal TRACON. Today I was told LAX is still up/down. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure LAX is tower only, not an up/down

It is physically in San Diego (SCT), not LA.
