Raw deal or reality? They do have some of the toughest airspace in the nation.

the two biggest finds were a poor relationship between IAD and PCT and that at PCT "the number of Operational Errors is not disproportionately high for a facility of its size, complexity and number of operations performed."

basically, the media continues to not understand anything about what ATCers do.
