Anyone heard about the 2009 pay increase? locality? Any rumors floating around in regards to the obama transition and what will actually happen with the current controller workforce? New Administrator? New DOT Secretary?

Heard Jane Garvey was in the running for Sect'y of Transportation. She's the one who authorized the Green Book as FAA Administrator back in 1998.

Does anyone know when the increase will actually take place? I just got my FOL and the amount listed for my area was not on my letter.

I think it is the middle of January...whatever pay period that is.

I Believe the GS increase is 2.9% this year so for the OSI you take 2.9 + 1 = 3.9...you can see how well i did on the atsat. Mr. Bob will then decide the percentage of the 3.9 we recieve. This could be wrong but I'm pretty sure thats how it was done last year. Last year we got about 88% this year the agency met more of the goals, so you would think we would get a higher percentage
