Im told from a friend that is controlling now that it is a decent pay increase. Around 39% more by 2012.

its about 10% a year i think... and by the time we check out and become a CPC... should reap the full benefits. I also know that.... after OKC it should give us an additional 7k. I think. This was discussed with a current controller today while reading up on the contract but I should be kinda close.

Someone is really off on their figures, the pay is approximately 9% over 3 years, we don't know if that is in additional to any presidential raises or not.

No, it's closer to 30% over the three years. Check out the new paybands for 2010-2012.
