Posted: 11-09-2009, 01:14 AM however, any prior VRA with 52 weeks experience will start at the D1 pay scale/band (whatever you want to call it). You WILL NOT make the same as an OTS/CTI, but be receiving what they get after the first raise.
As far as how long it takes to get checked out.... well, like they've been saying, it really matters on you and the facility. For example, you could get stuck on position, being used for manning, after your first position qualification. Just remember this when in training: hungry mouths get fed. |
