Speaks well for me. I'll have to talk with my lead instructor (who's above the max payband for our facility AND eligible to retire) to find out if he thinks he's getting fairly treated also.

Remember locality usually goes a percentage point on average a year so expect these numbers to be a little. I'll be right at 100k in 2012 at a L9. It could be worse.

is this right? 2009-getting now "basicPay" 140318.84 +locality(18.55%)26029.14=166348 2010 "basic pay" 140318.84+3%(4209.57)=144528.41 new "basic pay"- at least 18.55% locality of basic=new "base"171338.43. eligible to retire 1% of "base"=1713.38
2010 new "base"=173051.81
I have 38 yrs 08/16/09 eod 08/16/71. i am 62 yrs old and have d side trainee, still having a good time except i got sent for wearing bright green, red, and yellow dickies. not subject to 56 age limit.
