Prior military D1 pay

The FAA argued that Section 108 4c (D1 pay for prior military controllers) only applied to new hires. I saw a letter posted a few days ago on our NATCA board that stated that the issue had been resolved, and we'd be getting back paid from Oct 1 in the next two paychecks. That letter has since been taken down, and our NATCA rep says that it's just the opposite - that they decided D1 pay only applies for new hires.

Can anyone confirm or deny this ruling? Thanks.

NATCA has filled a national grievance and will take months. I've been told that someday we will be back paid to October 1st.

I'll be happy when my paycheck gets bigger....til then i'll just keep plugging along lol.

dude colts I think of you EVERY time I see this, and on how much you got screwed on AG pay. Its hella fking gay that I got d1 at the Acad, and you are still not there. If I could afford to send an allotment your way I'd be all over it (provided you bought us colts tickets with it).
