Prior military D1 pay
Posted: 12-03-2009, 06:57 PM The FAA argued that Section 108 4c (D1 pay for prior military controllers) only applied to new hires. I saw a letter posted a few days ago on our NATCA board that stated that the issue had been resolved, and we'd be getting back paid from Oct 1 in the next two paychecks. That letter has since been taken down, and our NATCA rep says that it's just the opposite - that they decided D1 pay only applies for new hires.
Can anyone confirm or deny this ruling? Thanks. |

dude colts I think of you EVERY time I see this, and on how much you got screwed on AG pay. Its hella fking gay that I got d1 at the Acad, and you are still not there. If I could afford to send an allotment your way I'd be all over it (provided you bought us colts tickets with it).
