Or is someone handing me a line If it is true, how long does anyone think they are going to extend the waiver I was scheduled to separate the military in 2006, but I had a family to feed, and NOOOOO job offers anywhere. I raised my right hand, and lo and behold, here comes my acceptance letter 2 weeks too late. I separate the Air Force in 2010, I will be 31 1/2....how about that timing

If you're the Acting Administrator of the FAA, you don't testify, under oath, that you're not having any problems with hiring ("we have more candidates than openings" and "our facilities are properly staffed") and then turn around 2 weeks later and start issuing age waivers.
You Air Force controllers need a huge serving of common-f*cking-sense at the dinner table.
