The issue isn't what others get, it's the service provided for the dollar amount being paid. I have never thought FSS personnel should have gotten more than a controller, but at least when it was under the FAA the product being given was competent--not like now. Do you think people should be paid 70,000 a year to do an incompetent job I don't. Perhaps the fault doesn't lie with the individual, but LM should be fined millions for the miserable service they are providing.
