On the Factor 5 form (FAA Form 3330-43-1) it states NOT to include DOD time for factor 3. For factor 1 it provides the correlating scores for DOD ATC time within the instructions. Does this apply to MILITARY DOD time as well. In other words, should DOD (MILITARY) ATC time be listed in factor 1
