They are all extremely vague, but the one thing they all lack is any sort of listing of their locations, and any information about a basic benefit package. So, I'm just curious if anyone has insight into what to expect in terms of benefits and general employment. It would seem that their pay would be shy of the FAA mark, but enough to make ends meet considering they all require a CTO number. It would just be nice if they had a scaled range, as well as any other benefits offered.
Thanks in advance.

Expect a salary in the 50-55k range if you work at a full time tower, which I believe most midwest towers are. Midwest benefits are absurdly expensive, especially if you want family coverage. It's basically high priced catastrophic coverage. Whatever is left over after insurance goes into the 401k. Midwest does NOT match volutary contributions. I believe RVA allows you to choose a company benefit package or to get the benefit money in your check. That's about all I know.
