Most premium pays are usually excluded from the computation for overtime. Usually it's just based on the 'base' pay.
Aside from that, they sound like most of the other FCTs that don't really care about safety, or the employee.

Overseas contractors are a long ways away from a formidable oversight/ethics committee. The red tape and wallet fillers are screwing the operators daily thats what we are faced with on the home front as well. Sorry you are faced with this in an environment such as Afgan but many of us here understand your frustration.
I had a transfer held for a year and a half so they could move me under the new IWR... I lost 60K a year for these shlubs ~EFIN A A.. A year and a half later I am beginning to feel as though I have become a sadist of sorts.
