Since I can't get answers from HR, or from the EEO process to this question, maybe you can pass this to someone there at HQ and get an answer for me.
I am a 20 year AFSS employee, and I want t9o know why when I bid for towers on the May 2006 Mass bid, CTU students were more qualified than me (FAA says rating criteria is secret though and will not even give it to EEO), and then, AFTER the pay cuts were in effect for ATC new hires (including me), I suddenly beocme more qualified than CTI students, and get selected for a tower.
I have documented proof that this happened, so please provide an answer before I take this to my Senator. He is a little busy leading in all the Presidential polls right now, but i am sure he will get right on this.
I can't get a straight answer from the FAA on anything.
