P.S. I also suggest you call and see if 5 minutes fall under "Fair" Labor Laws Act because you are an hourly paid employee. Keep in mind though that your smoke minutes will probably be taken away from your pay now. It all comes out in the end...

gonewest05/busybee/"BE"/whoever you are,
Thank you for your input, which only solidifies my previous points, however, I know that those remaining there will be fine, as long as the still know how to keep their mouths shut about anything (that was made clear).
Based on your comment "ITT is not required to keep you on board after you finish your current contract", which is completely accurate for those still there, I would expect nothing less than that as a retaliatory responce against professionals that raise pertinent pay/safety issues.
Unfortunately, that was a long observed historical pattern that's obviously not soon to stop. Even though the controllers spoke up about things, were polite and professional about it, they knew they risked retalliation.
As far as "I" go, I don't have to worry about the problems any more, thus have nothing to lose or fear, so thanks for the consern.
I do find it rather predictable and sad that the only ones seen left to lash out at are the ones still sticking it out day to day, trying to improve operational safety and address issues, supposedly in a professional environment, rather than just give up and walk off the job.
